Roads, cities, complex crossings, scenery views, oncoming traffic, AI behaving as much naturally as possible, obstacles around parking lots, weather, sun ray effects in the morning and evening, etc. So, for me it's only what you can see from inside the cabin what really counts. But there's only very few of them about driving (I mean non-race driving).

I believe there are many other games out there about decorating houses, managing drivers and things like that. I don't spend more time there than absolutely necessary. Honestly, it has never even come on my mind to try to modify it. And I couldn't have cared less about how my garage looks like. I don't care whether the trailer behind me belongs to the company or to me. Why? Because I'm spending perhaps 95% time in cab view and I'M DRIVING. I heard somebody complaining about tubes not connected to trailer, no smoke coming from pipes. And then, little, just very little it is about the vehicle I'm (virtually) sitting in. Yes, from my point of view it's all about driving from A to B. For me, it's "driving" what appeals me most on this kind of games. But I don't quite understand your priorities. Unknown Februat 3:30 I appreciate your fairness - you are defending your ideas without slipping into rough talk, thumb up, man. And you don't seem to have any interest in having the game be anything else accept pretty to look at. The game just doesn't consist of anything. However, I have already decided whether or not I will be buying the game. This is why I accuse you of designing a game that is “all graphics and no gameplay”. At best you raise the fines in the game to slow us down from achieving income. You don't even add things to the game for us to spend our money on. Can't see our vehicles parked in your garages or yards. You can't get out of the vehicle and walk around. But you won't let us manage those drivers.
But you won't give us the ability to customize those garages.Ĭ)You give us a game where a main focus is to hire drivers. But you won't give us the ability to purchase our own trailers.ī) You give us a game where a main focus is to purchase dozens of garages. But ETS2, and ATS deserves more than just a solitaire type gameplay.Ī) You give us a game where a main focus is to deliver trailers. I know there are a lot of people who really should just stick to solitaire, and that's fine. Sorry, but, unfortunately I don't agree with your decision to have the game be designed for those people who lack the ability to multitask.
I'm sure you noticed my constant complaints about the game. Their not in your control, and you can only do so much when constantly having to wait for companies to finally make up their mind. I completely understand about the licenses. Having a demo to depend on is always a great asset.Īs for the trucks. There's always the chance of new people in the future being unsure of whether or not to buy the game. I'm not sure if it should be just for a limited time though. The “demo” is a great idea that will help a lot of people make that final decision.
